Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 1999. However, please note that international orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.
Processing Time:Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Personalized items may take additional time to prepare. If your order includes both personalized and standard items, the standard items will be shipped first.
Tracking Information:Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Multiple Shipments:If your order includes both personalized or gold jewelry and other items, they may be delivered separately.

Returns:You can return unused and unworn items within 72 Hours. Personalized jewellery and coins are excluded, except for defects. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds:Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. If you bought from a source other than our website, app, or exclusive stores, their return policies apply.
Missing Items:If items are missing from your return, we may deduct their full MRP from your refund. This includes promotional items and free gifts.
Replacement & Exchange:Replacements and exchanges follow the same return conditions. Replacements will only be sent after the return is processed.
Return Process:Initiate returns via our website, app, or Customer Support. Be available for reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. For non-serviceable areas, you may need to return the item via an alternate courier and we’ll reimburse up to Rs.100 . Any additional costs will be deducted from your refund.
Empty or Missing Parcels:Report empty or missing parcels to Customer Support within 48 hours with a 360-degree unpacking video. Insufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
