  • What payment methods are accepted at RELIK?
    You can use credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI.
  • What is the COD limit?
    You can choose a COD option on orders up to Rs.20000 . If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment.
  • Where will I get the refund money for the returned order?
    For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment source. For COD orders, you can receive your refund to any bank account of your choice.
  • How long will it take to dispatch my order?
    We strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours of placement, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once it’s on its way. Please note that personalized jewellery orders may take around 20 days to dispatch to ensure careful customization.
  • Is it possible to have my order delivered more quickly or on the same day?
    While we understand the need for quicker delivery, we currently do not offer same-day or expedited shipping. We’re actively exploring partnerships to offer same-day delivery in the future, so stay tuned for updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • Can I arrange for delivery on a specific day and time?
    We collaborate with top logistics companies for our jewellery deliveries. If you need your order on a specific day or time, we can request this with our delivery partners, but please be aware that this service is not guaranteed.
  • Are there any shipping charges for my order?
    We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 1949. Our goal is to provide clear and affordable shipping options, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our Indian customers.
  • I’m not satisfied with the product. What is the process for returning my order?
    To return your order at RELIK, please: Contact Us: Email us on Relikinternational@gmail.com or call us within 72 Hours of receiving your order. Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return. Get Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Repack and Ship: Return the item in its original packaging using a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there’s an error or defect. Receive Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 30 business days to your original payment method. For any questions, our customer service team is here to help.
  • Can I exchange the product for a different item if I'm not satisfied with it?
    We recognize that preferences can change, so if you’re unhappy with your jewelry or received a defective or incorrect item, you can exchange it for another product within 72 Hours of delivery. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction! Please be aware that any differences in price will be adjusted, with either additional charges or refunds as necessary.
  • What if I want to return the product after the return window has closed?
    We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns after 72 Hours.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    You can cancel your order through our website or the RELIK app, but please be aware that cancellations are only possible before your order is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation requests once the processing has begun.
